ERICKSON, FRENZEL, & MOSS SELECTED LADY BEARS AOW

In celebration of our softball team advancing to Round 3 of the UIL State Playoffs, three girls were selected for our LCM Lady Bears Athletes of the Week. Congratulations to Tessa Erickson, Eden Frenzel, and Lexis Moss. Erickson pitched 13-innings in the Area Matchup against Gilmer. She gave up 0-Runs, 9-Hits, 1-BB, 13-Strkikeouts, and left twelve on base. Frenzel hit .571 in seven at bats. She had one single, one double, two triples, and five RBI’s. Moss was a huge bat in all three games of the series. She batted .500 in ten at bats contributing two singles, one double, one triple, one home run, and knocked in four runs.

LADY BEARS FINISH 8TH IN STATE

May 2 (Austin) – The relay team of Chelsea Petree, Dinah Tippins, Carly Fisher, and Janet Le (above L-R) finished 8th in the 4x2 Relay at the 4A State Meet with a time of 1:43.8. The winning time was 1:39.3.
