Eligible employees of LCMCISD are provided with a wide
range of benefits. Benefit eligibility is dependent upon a
variety of factors including employee classification.

Full-time benefited staff employees are eligible to enroll
in benefit programs 90 days from date of hire, or date the
employee became a benefited employee, unless otherwise
noted.
Full-time benefited Faculty are eligible to enroll in
benefit programs upon date of hire.
