Maintenance Department Divisions
The Maintenance
Department is made up of four divisions. These divisions are Central
Maintenance, Grounds, Warehouse and Custodial. In addition, the
Maintenance Department oversees the security systems for the District,
maintains the Integrated Pest Management program and Inside Air Quality.
Central
Maintenance
Central Maintenance
repairs and maintains the physical plant for the District. This includes
HVAC, electrical, plumbing and structure. Preventative maintenance is the
key to our overall program success. Maintenance also does remodel work
and some new construction.
Grounds Division
The Grounds
Division maintains all exterior areas in the District. Grounds does all
mowing, weeding eating, athletic field upkeep, drive way repair, tree
cutting, fence building and repair among many other jobs and duties.
Warehouse
Division
The Warehouse
Division is the central receiving agent for the District. The warehouse
stores and distributes items for all campuses and departments. The
warehouse also runs the inter-school mail system for the District.
Custodial Division
The Custodial
Division is responsible for keeping all District buildings clean. They
also help with the maintenance program by doing minor repairs and
painting.
