All students have the right to a school setting that is orderly, efficient, and free from disruption. The district’s discipline management plan has been prepared to ensure this right. The plan provides procedures to protect the individual rights of students whose conduct has been alleged to be disruptive or dangerous, while at the same time guaranteeing the rights of all students to an educational environment that promotes learning in an orderly and safe setting.
